Q: Is Frameless accessible with a stroller?

Yes. Frameless is fully accessible for visitors with strollers. Entry from the street level features automatic double doors leading to the main reception. All galleries are located on the lower level and are accessible by escalators, lifts, or stairs. Please note: only occupied buggies are allowed inside the galleries.

Q: Am I allowed to leave and re-enter the galleries if I feel anxious?

Yes. You are welcome to step out of the galleries if you feel anxious or overwhelmed and return when you're ready. Please feel free to speak with a member of staff at any time if you need further support.

Q: Can I use a wheelchair provided by the venue?

Yes. Frameless offers a limited number of wheelchairs free of charge for visitor use. Simply speak to a staff member upon arrival to borrow one.

- SignLive tablets for real-time access to a BSL interpreter.

- Makaton cards and scribble pads are provided to support communication.

- Staff are trained and equipped to assist, including written English support via sanitized scribble pads.

- Ear defenders are available on request, as music in the galleries can peak above 85 decibels.

Dyslexia Support

Frameless provides different coloured glasses to assist with reading the programme or displayed information.

Additional Information
