London Eye Accessibility
London Eye is committed to providing an inclusive and accessible experience for all guests. Whether you’re visiting with mobility aids, sensory sensitivities, or with a carer, their team is ready to assist and ensure your day is unforgettable.

The London Eye welcomes guests with mobility requirements. The attraction can accommodate:
- Wheelchairs up to 94cm wide on the London Eye
- Mobility scooters within the same dimensions are permitted
The attraction offers ramp access and priority boarding. The rotation of the London Eye can be slowed or paused to ensure safe and comfortable boarding for all.
Accessible Queuing & Entrances
Guests who find it difficult to stand for long periods due to physical, emotional, or cognitive reasons may use their Accessible (Fastrack) Queue Line. Just speak to a member of staff at the Fastrack entrance for help.

The London Eye attraction offers one free carer ticket per paying disabled guest. Accepted documentation includes:
- Disability Living Allowance or PIP
- Attendance or Carer’s Allowance

Expecting guests are welcome to visit The London Eye at any stage of their pregnancy, with full access to all levels of the attraction. Additionally, we proudly support breastfeeding and are happy to provide a quiet space upon request for added comfort.
First Aid
Multiple first aid kits are located throughout the attraction, with trained first aiders available on-site. If you need medical assistance during your visit, simply reach out to a team member. While on the Pod, communication is possible via the onboard intercom for any required support.
Toilets
There are two accessible toilets available on-site, with one requiring a RADAR Key for access. If you need any assistance, please don’t hesitate to ask a staff member.
